This 12-month program is designed for EMDR therapists who are ready to expand their expertise, strengthen their consultation skills, and develop their own voice and specialty within the EMDR community.

Unlike many Consultant-in-Training programs that focus only on meeting requirements, this experience emphasizes clinical depth, connection, and helping you build a sustainable professional path beyond the therapy room.

This program is intentionally limited to just 4 Consultants-in-Training in order to create:

This is not a passive or lecture-based experience. The small group format allows for mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on growth throughout the consultation process.

Support Beyond Certification Requirements

Many Consultant-in-Training programs focus solely on helping clinicians complete EMDRIA requirements. This program also includes guidance in:

  • marketing and program development

  • developing your own EMDR Consultation groups or programs

  • building sustainable additional streams of income within the EMDR field

Whether you hope to offer certification consultation, advanced trainings, group consultation, or future speaking engagements, this program is designed to help you begin building that foundation.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Format

  • Monthly live consultation meetings via Zoom

  • 2 hours group consultation every other month

  • 10 hours individual consultation - at your convenience across the 12 month period

  • 20 total consultation hours

Dates & Time

  • First Friday of every month

  • August 2026 through June 2027

  • 9:00–11:00 CST

Investment

  • CIT cohort (12 hours)= $1500

  • 10 individual consultations= $1500

  • Total program cost: $3000

  • Pay in full option with 10% discount: $2800
